Official Handover of IULI Management to Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional
A strategic step to strengthen institutional foundations and support IULI’s growth as a globally oriented university.
Tangerang, January 12, 2026 – – Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia (IULI) officially transferred its management to Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional through a handover ceremony held at the IULI Campus in Gading Serpong, Tangerang. The event was attended by and officially officiated by the Head of LLDIKTI Region IV.
The handover marks the transition of IULI's management from the previous foundation to Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional as the new managing foundation. During the ceremony, the Head of LLDIKTI Region IV, Dr. Lukman, S.T., M.Hum., formally presented the official management transfer document to Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional, signifying the administrative and institutional approval of the transition.
The Chairperson of Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional, Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes., stated that this transition reflects the foundation's long-term commitment to strengthening institutional governance, enhancing the quality of higher education, and expanding IULI's competitiveness as an internationally oriented private university.
"We view this management transfer as a strategic step toward improving academic quality, strengthening institutional governance, and reinforcing our public responsibility in delivering higher education," she said.
The ceremony was also attended by the Rector of Indonesia International University, university leaders, members of the academic community, students, and parents.
Having been established for nearly a decade, Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia is entering a new phase of development through this management transition. Yayasan Pendidikan Prima Internasional hopes that IULI will continue to grow into a more progressive, adaptive, and sustainable institution, capable of addressing the evolving challenges of higher education at both the national and international levels.
