Driving Coffee Business Innovation, IULI Holds Free Coffeepreneur Bootcamp 2026 for Students in Tangerang and South Tangerang

TANGERANG, July 25, 2026— Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia (IULI) successfully held the "Coffeepreneur Bootcamp 2026: Empowering Future Entrepreneurs Through Coffee Innovation" on Saturday (July 25, 2026) at the IULI Campus in Gading Serpong. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, both online and offline, and was open to the public free of charge.
Featuring experts from various academic disciplines, the bootcamp provided participants with comprehensive insights into the coffee industry and business, from upstream production to downstream commercialization. Four Heads of Study Programs from IULI served as the main speakers: Petrick Gideon Effendi, M.Sc. (Head of the Chemical Engineering Study Program), Dadan Ramdani, S.Par., MM.Par. (Head of the Hotel & Tourism Management Study Program), Dr. Hendry Noer Fadlillah, S.T.P., M.P. (Head of the Institute for Research and Community Service), and Muhammad Affandi, ST., MM. (Head of the Management Study Program).
"We hope this Coffeepreneur Bootcamp provides students with an opportunity to discuss, ask questions, explore, and gain new experiences that will contribute to their future success," said Dr. Christin Agustina Purba, S.S., M.Si., Rector of International University Liaison Indonesia. The combination of expertise in chemical engineering, food technology, hospitality management, and business strategy was expected to equip students with in-depth knowledge of coffee product innovation and modern coffee business management.
In addition to the seminar sessions, offline participants enjoyed unlimited complimentary coffee cupping featuring selected coffee beans from Palintang, Pangalengan, and Ciwidey. They were also invited to tour the university's campus facilities.
The organizing committee also prepared various attractive door prizes and held a Content Creator Competition for participants. Furthermore, IULI offered exclusive scholarship opportunities for prospective students throughout the event, including tuition fee discounts and reductions in development fees.
Students attended the event accompanied by teachers from their respective schools. *"Alhamdulillah, our students gained new knowledge about coffee,"* said Silmi Falabiba, S.Pd., a teacher representative from SMKN 8 Tangerang Selatan.
Through this initiative, International University Liaison Indonesia hopes to continue nurturing innovative young talents who are ready to compete in Indonesia's creative industries and entrepreneurial sector.
