Enhancing Competence and Work Readiness
Gading Serpong, August 6, 2026 – To enhance academic competence and prepare graduates for the workforce, Biomedical Engineering students are participating in an internship program at Asyifa Hiperbarik Indonesia.
This program serves as a form of experiential learning implementation, enabling students to apply the knowledge gained in their academic studies to a professional work environment.
The internship program serves as a platform for Biomedical Engineering students from Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia (IULI) to gain hands-on experience in healthcare services, specifically in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) at Asyifa Clinic, a field that is increasingly gaining traction as an adjunctive therapy for various medical conditions.
The internship program strengthens synergy between higher education institutions and the business and industrial sectors. The collaboration between Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia and Asyifa Hyperbaric Indonesia – Rempoa facilitates knowledge exchange, the alignment of the curriculum with labor market needs, and opportunities for applied research, innovation, and future graduate recruitment.
