Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia Officially Receives Government Approval to Open the Bachelor of Dentistry and Professional Dentist Study Programs

Bandung, August 7, 2026 – Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia (IULI) has officially received the Ministerial Decree from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia approving the establishment of the Bachelor of Dentistry Study Program and the Professional Dentist Study Program.
The decree was presented directly by the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI Region IV) during an official ceremony attended by leaders of higher education institutions within LLDIKTI Region IV.
In his remarks, the Head of LLDIKTI Region IV expressed appreciation for the addition of new study programs in the healthcare sector, particularly Dentistry, which is expected to expand public access to quality higher education while supporting Indonesia's growing need for healthcare professionals.
"We highly appreciate Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia for its commitment to establishing the Dentistry Study Program. The trust granted through this ministerial decree is expected to be fulfilled through the delivery of high-quality education, adherence to academic standards, and a strong commitment to producing competent and ethical graduates."
Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes., Chairperson of the Prima International Education Foundation, expressed gratitude for the approval of the new study programs.
"We are grateful for the trust placed in IULI by the Government of Indonesia. The establishment of the Dentistry Study Program reflects our commitment to providing high-quality education that develops outstanding human resources and contributes to the advancement of healthcare in Indonesia."
Meanwhile, the Rector of Universitas Lintas Internasional Indonesia, Dr. Christin Agustina Purba, M.Si., emphasized that receiving the ministerial approval marks the beginning of a significant responsibility for the university.
"Receiving this decree is both an honor and a responsibility. IULI is committed to delivering high-quality dental education that is responsive to advances in science and technology while producing professional, ethical, and globally competitive dentists."
Following the official approval of the Bachelor of Dentistry and Professional Dentist Study Programs, IULI will begin admitting new students for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The university will also provide KIP Scholarship opportunities, reinforcing its commitment to expanding access to higher education and producing competent healthcare professionals who are ready to serve society.
